Did you ever notice that when you need to be accountable to someone you put more effort into making sure you do a good job?
For example: When I hired a business coach, I found I was more likely to achieve my goals knowing that I had to report back to her.
Similarly, years ago I had to list everything I ate over a period of time and provide it to an alternative healthcare provider. This was to give him information about how my diet might be contributing to certain symptoms. I found that my diet improved significantly knowing that I had to write down everything I ate and drank and share it with him. Writing things I knew I “shouldn’t” be eating was all the motivation I needed to eat better.
The point is most of us are aware of what we “should” and “shouldn’t” be eating. We just don’t - for whatever reason. Why we aren’t willing to do for ourselves something we are more willing to do when we know someone is watching is a curious phenomenon. It’s called accountability; and it’s very real for most of us.
With this in mind, I’ve decided to create this program. Call me the food Nazi if you will, but this is more of a diet and accountability program. And here’s what this program can help do for YOU:

Here’s how it works:
You print out the accountability forms, fill them out over the course of the next week and mail them back to me*, or fill them out online and email them back. Please be as specific as you can when writing down what you ate or drank throughout the week. You'll do this each week for the next 4 weeks.
Each week we'll connect via phone for ½ hour/week to see how you’re doing (please call me to schedule your initial phone session once you order this program). I offer suggestions, share recipes, handouts, etc., to help keep you on track and to help motivate you to continue making improvements in your diet while focusing on your particular health and diet goals.
You can choose to schedule you sessions once/week, every other week, or once/month for as long as you need. You have 4 session coming to you. You decide how often you want to submit your forms and connect with me. After each session, we can discuss when you want to schedule subsequent sessions. Keep in mind that you may want to take advantage of the program periodically – like during the holidays, or at a time when you want to pay special attention to your diet. *Any unused sessions after one year from purchase, will expire.
The program can be ongoing if you like, by purchasing another 4 weeks of sessions.
